We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Wacoal purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid USPS return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
